NIA Court Grants Permission to Akhil Gogoi to Take Oath as Legislator of Assam Assembly - (12 May 2021)

CRIMINAL

Special National Investigation Agency Court has allowed jailed anti-CAA activist Akhil Gogoi, to take oath as legislator of Assam Assembly, stating that he must return to the judicial custody after the oath has been taken.
