Bombay HC Takes Note of Farmer Suicides - (12 Feb 2016)

Bombay HC, while taking suo motu cognizance on 89 farmers committing suicide in Marathwada region in January, has sought a detailed report on farmer suicides from Maharashtra Government and also asked them to list steps it has taken to tackle situation in drought-hit region.
