Madras HC Seeks Response in Plea Seeking Allocation of 50% of Beds in Private Hospitals - (10 May 2021)

Madras High Court has sought response from the Centre and the State in a plea seeking strict implementation of the government order which mandates allocation of a minimum of 50% of the total bed strength in private hospitals for COVID patients.
