Kerala High Court Quashes 'Censure' against KSEB Cashier for WhatsApp Text Against CM - (10 May 2021)

Kerala High Court has quashed an order of censure against a cashier working with the Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. (KSEB), who had allegedly disseminated 'defamatory' content against the Government of Kerala and its Chief Minister in a private WhatsApp group.
