Kerala HC Notifies Electronic Filing Rules for Courts (Kerala), 2021 (Rules) - (10 May 2021)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has reiterated that a Court must be satisfied that the dying declaration is true and voluntary, and only then could it be the sole basis for conviction without corroboration.
