Kerala HC Allows Advocates to Travel to Courts for Physical Sittings During Lockdown - (10 May 2021)

Kerala High Court has allowed advocates and their clerks to travel to Courts during the lockdown, if physical sittings are notified, provided they carry an undertaking in the prescribed format with identity cards.
