SC Rejects Challenge to Karnataka HC Direction to Increase Daily Quota of Liquid Medical Oxygen - (07 May 2021)

Supreme Court has rejected the challenge made by the Central Government against the direction issued by Karnataka High Court to increase the daily quota of liquid medical oxygen for the State of Karnataka as 1200 MT.
