Delhi High Court Issues Notice on PIL Challenging Whatsapp Privacy Policy - (06 May 2021)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Centre and social media platforms, Facebook and WhatsApp seeking their responses on a Public Interest Litigation challenging the new privacy policy of WhatsApp. The Court has further impleaded the Union Of India, WhatsApp, and Facebook as the respondent parties in the petition.
