CBDT Notifies Pension Fund Named CDPQ Fixed Income XI Inc. Eligible for Exemption - (06 May 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has notified a Pension Fund namely CDPQ Fixed Income XI Inc. as eligible for exemption of Income from dividends, interest, and Long Term Capital Gain earned from investments made in Indian infrastructure.
