Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Compensation for Failure to Arrange Adequate Healthcare - (05 May 2021)

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a petition seeking compensation from the Delhi Government for failing to arrange adequate healthcare facilities in the state amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
