Bombay HC States Param Bir Singh to Approach Central Administrative Tribunal - (05 May 2021)

Bombay High Court has said that Param Bir Singh should have approached the Central Administrative Tribunal, expressing their disinclination to entertain his plea challenging the two preliminary enquiries initiated against him by the Maharashtra Government.
