J&K HC Quashes State's Circular Mandating Re-Registration of Vehicles Registered Outside J&K - (30 Apr 2021)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has quashed a Circular issued by Regional Transport Office, Kashmir, mandating the vehicle owners who have purchased their vehicles from outside Jammu and Kashmir, bearing outside registration mark, to apply for a new registration mark in the Union Territory.
