Bombay High Court Asks Maharashtra Government Over Imposing of Lockdown - (30 Apr 2021)

Bombay High Court has asked the Maharashtra government if it was time to think of imposing a lockdown like last year for 15 days to control the spread of the novel coronavirus, in a Public Interest Litigation seeking proper management of medicines, oxygen and beds for COVID-19 patients.
