Kerala High Court Upholds Ordinances Merging District Cooperative Banks - (29 Apr 2021)

Kerala High Court has upheld Ordinances amending the Kerala Cooperative Society Act, 1969 to merge District Cooperative Banks in the state with the Kerala State Cooperative Bank.
