Andhra Pradesh HC Directs Over Shortfalls in Tackling COVID Emergency with Urgency - (29 Apr 2021)

Andhra Pradesh High Court has directed the State government to make up the shortfalls in tackling COVID with the urgency it deserves, and suggested that the related Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petitions not be considered as adversarial actions.
