SC Directs High Courts to Reconsider and Update Rules Relating to Execution of Decrees - (28 Apr 2021)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has directed the High Courts to reconsider and update all the Rules relating to Execution of Decrees, made under exercise of its powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1949 and Section 122 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 within one year.
