MP HC Rejects Plea Seeking Action Against Election Commission for Conducting Elections - (28 Apr 2021)

ELECTION

Madhya Pradesh High Court has disposed of a plea filed seeking actions against the Election Commission of India for the State Legislative Assemblies of West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Kerala, by violating the COVID protocol, guidelines.
