Bombay HC Questions Over Private Individuals Procuring Remdesivir and its Distribution - (28 Apr 2021)

Bombay High Court has questioned the Centre about private individuals procuring anti-viral drug, Remdesivir, directly from the manufacturer and distributing it, when companies are expected to provide stocks directly to the Centre.
