Kerala HC: Accused Cannot Get Default Bail If Chargesheet Originally Filed Within Time - (26 Apr 2021)

Kerala High Court has held that the accused cannot get default bail if a chargesheet originally filed within time is re-presented following the period after the defects are cured.
