SC Issues Notice to Show Cause Why Uniform Orders Over Covid Related Issues Not to be Passed - (23 Apr 2021)

Supreme Court has issued notice to Centre, State Governments, Union Territories and the parties who have approached the High Courts to show-cause why uniform orders not be passed by the Supreme Court in COVID-19 related issues.
