J&K High Court: Multiple Enquiries Against Delinquent Official on Same Charges Can be Possible - (09 Feb 2016)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ruled that more than one preliminarily inquires can be held against a delinquent official on same charges provided sufficient reasons are assigned.
