Tribunal Stays Fine Imposed on IndiGo, SpiceJet - (09 Feb 2016)

Competition Appellate Tribunal has stayed penalties totalling Rs 106 crore imposed by Competition Commission of India on IndiGo and SpiceJet for alleged cartelisation in fixing fuel surcharge on air cargo.
