AAR, Tamil Nadu: No GST Exemption on Operation of High Quality Treated Drinking Water Plant - (22 Apr 2021)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Tamil Nadu has ruled that no Goods and Services Tax exemption is available on operation and maintenance of high quality treated drinking water plant for the Amma Kudineer Project.
