Allahabad HC Sets Aside Order of Chief Medical Officer Restraining Covid Treatment - (20 Apr 2021)

Allahabad High Court has set aside an order of the Chief Medical Officer, Varanasi, restraining a hospital from giving treatment to Covid patients, on the allegation that it realized higher amount than the prescribed amount from a Covid-19 patient.
