CIC Says Demands of Trade Union Before Employer is Fiduciary Information - (09 Feb 2016)

Central Information Commission (CIC), while rejecting case relating to R K Mishra seeking information from Steel Authority of India in his nine-point application, has held that demands placed by a trade union before its employer submitted in fiduciary capacity exempt it from disclosure under RTI.
