Patna HC Directs State to Respond on Why Certain Unregistered Hospitals Are Allowed to Function - (20 Apr 2021)

Patna High Court has directed the Bihar State Government to give reasons as to why certain unregistered hospitals were being allowed to function in two petitions that sought implementation of Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 in the state.
