Bombay HC Directs Provision of Remdesivir to Hospitals for Treatment of Covid-19 - (20 Apr 2021)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has directed the Maharashtra Government to provide 10,000 vials of Remdesivir, a crucial anti-viral drug to Hospitals treating Covid-19 patients in Nagpur, in a suo motu Public Interest Litigation stating that there has been a disparity in the distribution of Remdesivir amongst various districts in and around Nagpur.
