SC: Governor Can't Summon Assembly Session on His Whims, Fancies - (09 Feb 2016)

SC has said that Arunachal Pradesh Governor, Jyoti Prasad Rajkhowa, can't summon on his "whims and fancies" the assembly session to test majority of Chief Minister Naban Tuki's Government (since dismissed).
