Gujarat HC Stresses Need for Transparency in Publication of Data Related to Covid-19 - (19 Apr 2021)

Gujarat High Court has stressed the need for transparency in the publication of testing data and availability of amenities in relation to COVID-19, stating that transparent and honest dialogue by the State would generate trust amongst general public.
