ITAT, Delhi: No Tax on Compensation for Acquisition of Agricultural Land by State Govt - (15 Apr 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has held that no tax shall be payable on compensation for acquisition of agricultural land by the state government.
