Bombay HC: NCLAT Has No Jurisdiction Over Petition Under Arbitration Act - (14 Apr 2021)

ARBITRATION

Bombay High Court has held that the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has absolutely no jurisdiction over it in a petition under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Court has held that the High Court is not subject to the NCLAT’s jurisdiction on superintendence.
