Gujarat HC Directs State to Make Remdesivir Available for All - (13 Apr 2021)

CIVIL

Gujarat High Court has pulled up the State Government for the shortage of the antiviral drug remdesivir and the control on its supply, and has ordered it to make the medication available for all, like paracetamol, during surge of Covid-19 cases.
