J&K HC Disposes of Mehbooba Mufti’s Appeal Seeking Direction for Issue of Passport - (12 Apr 2021)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has disposed of former Chief Minister of J&K Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti's appeal directed against Single Bench ruling, dismissing her writ petition seeking directions to concerned authorities to issue a passport to her.
