Bombay HC Issues Guidelines for Effective Implementation of POCSO Act - (08 Apr 2021)

Bombay High Court has issued guidelines for the effective implementation of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO Act) Act, 2012 and ensure the right of a child victim to participate in the in the Judicial process is protected.
