Madras HC: Political Parties Not to Give Election Promises Which Burden Public Exchequer - (08 Apr 2021)

ELECTION

Madras High Court has observed in an order that political parties should be prohibited or prevented from giving election promises, which are capable of adding burden on the public exchequer.
