HP HC Denies Anticipatory Bail to Man Accused of Flesh Trade of Adolescent Girls - (07 Apr 2021)

Himachal Pradesh High Court has denied anticipatory bail to a man apprehending arrest in a case for allegedly being a part of racket involved in fishing adolescent girls for throwing them in international flesh trade by trafficking them abroad after alluring them for marriage.
