Delhi HC Dismisses NDMC Application for Extension of Time to Clear Dues - (06 Apr 2021)

Delhi High Court has dismissed an application by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) asking for time until 30th April to clear the dues of salaries and pensions to employees and pensioners of the Municipal Corporations of Delhi.
