Bombay HC Directs CBI to Conduct Inquiry Into Corruption Allegations Against Anil Deshmukh - (05 Apr 2021)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has directed the Central Bureau of Investigation to conduct preliminary inquiry in to corruption allegations against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh. The Court has ordered the CBI director to conclude the inquiry within 15 days and take further action in accordance with law.
