Kerala High Court Acquits Accused in Nilambur Congress Party Officer Murder - (05 Apr 2021)

Kerala High Court has acquitted the accused in Nilambur Congress Office Murder case, stating that the lingering doubts pervades every aspect of the evidence and shall thereby give the accused the benefit of doubt.
