Bombay HC Directs IO to Take Corrective Measures in Sexual Assault Case - (05 Apr 2021)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has directed the Investigating officer to take corrective measures and trace the victim girl in an incident wherein a girl, who was allegedly sexually assaulted and ravaged was left on a railway platform.
