CESTAT Ahmedabad Refuses Cenvat Credit of Service Tax Paid on Outward Transportation Service - (31 Mar 2021)

SERVICE TAX

Customs, Excise, Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Ahmedabad Bench has refused to grant Cenvat credit of Service Tax paid on Outward Transportation Service for clearance of Excisable Goods to Inox India.
