Punjab & Haryana High Court : U-Turn by Prosecutrix Before Court not Enough to Grant Bail to Accused - (31 Mar 2021)

Punjab and Haryana High Court while hearing the bail plea of a rape accused, has held that "U-turn" by the prosecutrix before the trial Court is not a ground to grant relief.
