NCLT, Kochi: Only Debts Under ‘Operational Debt’ Can File Application u/s 9 of IBC - (26 Mar 2021)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kochi has ruled that only debts covered under the definition of ‘Operational Debt’ can file an application under Section 9 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
