Rajasthan HC Dismisses Plea Challenging New Excise Policy - (25 Mar 2021)

Rajasthan High Court has dismissed the petition challenging the new excise policy on the grounds that it was a policy matter and it was in the purview of the Government to review its policy from time to time.
