Supreme Court Issues Notice on Pleas for Compensation to Victims of Wrongful Prosecution - (23 Mar 2021)

Supreme Court has issued notice on a Public Interest Litigation filed by advocate and BJP leader Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay, seeking directions to the Centre to frame Guidelines for compensation to victims of Wrongful Prosecution.
