Kerala HC: HC Cannot Exercise Power to Interfere with Relation to Nomination Papers - (23 Mar 2021)

CONSTITUTION

Kerala High Court has iterated the legal position that the High Court cannot exercise its power under Article 226 of Constitution of India, 1949 to interfere with questions relating to the acceptance or rejection of nomination papers.
