Calcutta HC Asks State to Submit Response on Compensation to Nepali Man Arrested 41 Years Ago - (23 Mar 2021)

Calcutta High Court has asked the State Government to submit its response on providing a Nepali man who was arrested about 41 years ago and since then he had been under detention and was released recently compensation/damages.
