MP HC Grants Anticipatory Bail to Catholic Nun in Religion Conversion Case - (19 Mar 2021)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted pre-arrest bail plea of a Catholic nun, Principal of the Sacred Heart Convent High School, Khajuraho accused of attempting to convert a Hindu woman to Christianity, punishable under Sections 3 and 5 of the Madhya Pradesh Freedom of Religion Ordinance, 2020.
