Delhi High Court Restrains Future Retail-Reliance Deal - (18 Mar 2021)

COMPANY

Delhi High Court has restrained Future Retail from taking any further action on its Rs. 24,713 Crore Reliance deal and held that Future Retail has willfully violated Singapore Arbitrator's order.
