ITAT, Delhi: Notice u/s 143(2) to be Served within 6 Months - (18 Mar 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has ruled that the notice issued under section 143(2) of the Income tax Act, 1961 has to be served upon the assessee within six months.
